The MEX22 App is an Omni Platform custom-made to provide an exceptional experience to users at RMZ properties. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
User Eligibility and Registration 1.1. The App is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements. 1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
App Usage 2.1. The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the App for any unauthorized or illegal purpose. 2.2. You shall not engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the operation or security of the App, including but not limited to transmitting any viruses, malware, or harmful code. 2.3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RMZ Properties and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Modification and Termination 7.1. RMZ Properties reserves the right to modify or terminate the App, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time, and the updated version will be effective upon posting. 7.2. If you violate these Terms, RMZ Properties may terminate your access to the App without notice.
Entire Agreement 9.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RMZ Properties regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations.
